Welcome to GLANZ KITCHENS. We are committed to providing premium-quality kitchen essentials. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and free gifts (if applicable).
  • Have proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item is missing parts or accessories.
  • The product was delivered in poor condition.

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Requests made after the 7-day return period.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used kitchen products cannot be returned unless they are defective.


Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be transferred via bank account or UPI after verification.

Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may offer a free replacement if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • There is a verified manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests are processed within 2–5 business days after approval.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), GLANZ KITCHENS will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before they are shipped for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may request a return after delivery if eligible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Take clear photos or an unboxing video.
  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We'll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
