Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India through our trusted courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable, our support team will contact you regarding your order.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across India unless stated otherwise during checkout.

If any shipping charges apply for specific products or locations, they will be displayed before payment.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most serviceable PIN codes.

Please keep the exact payment amount ready to ensure a smooth delivery experience.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation email/SMS
  • Shipping confirmation
  • Tracking ID and courier details

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order is shipped.

Once dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.


Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if it is visibly tampered with or severely damaged.
  • Take photos of the package.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


Delayed Deliveries

While we work hard to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes
  • Courier operational issues

We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if there are significant delays.


Lost Shipments

If your order is lost during transit, we will investigate with our courier partner.

Once confirmed, we will provide either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

at no additional cost to you.


International Shipping

Currently, GLANZ KITCHENS ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
